We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 5 working days of your purchase excluding weekends and holidays.
After the 5-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. Nonetheless, you can use the money for any of our other services.
Customers whose cards or accounts are double-charged will be refunded within 48hrs.
Customers whose payments are processed in error are to contact us within 24hrs and refund will be made in 48hrs.
There are no refunds on membership subscriptions, events and purchased materials that had either been downloaded or sold out. No refund on registration fees.
