NOMINATE SUITABLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES AND ORGANIZATIONS FOR 2022 DISTINGUISHING AWARD
As our custom is, we lay it to heart to give honour to whom honour is due.
In the 2022 Professional Management Development Workshop and Membership Induction, we have 8 categories of nomination for award;
1. National Transformational Leadership Award (6 slots only – 3 for public and 3 for private senior management)
Award is based on commitment to service excellence, excellent people management, obvious innovations with results, commitment to continuous development of subordinates and still in active service. Must be a Permanent Secretary, Director-General/CEO, Managing Director/CEO, Administrators, Full Directors or any other in this category, retired or active in Public Service. Senior Business Executives and individuals with practical results towards nation building are also welcome. Award Processing Fee: N150,000 ($360)
2. Honorary Fellowship Award (Only 10 awards)
For Public sector personnel, awardee must be from level 15 and above: e.g., a Director
For Private sector personnel, awardee must have at least 20 years management experience: e.g., Board Chairman, Director, President, and others.
Award Processing Fee: N100,000 ($240)
3. Distinguished Consultant of The Year Award (2 Slots – Associate and Senior categories)
Must be a Distinguished and Certified Consultant with track-record and practical consulting experience coupled with evidence of either written publications or video works. For senior category, minimum 10 years cognate experience is needed and minimum 4 years cognate experience in consulting. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop or Pay Award Processing Fee of N100,000 ($240) for Senior and N75,000 ($185) For Associate
4. HR Professional of The Year Award (2 Slots – Associate and Senior categories)
Must be a Distinguished and Certified HR Professional with track-record and practical HR experience coupled with evidence of either written publications or video works. For senior category, minimum 10 years cognate experience is needed and minimum 4 years cognate experience in consulting. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop or Pay Award Processing Fee of N100,000 ($240) for Senior and N75,000 ($185) For Associate
5. Project Management Professional of The Year Award (2 Slots – Associate and Senior categories)
Must be a Distinguished and Certified Project Management Professional with track-record and practical Project Management experience coupled with evidence of either written publications or video works. For senior category, minimum 10 years cognate experience is needed and minimum 4 years cognate experience in consulting. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop or Pay Award Processing Fee of N100,000 ($240) for Senior and N75,000 ($185) For Associate.
6. Service Excellence and Quality Award (for organizations only)
Organizations for this award must be at least 5 years old in existence and must have track-record of excellent customer service and quality product or service. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop or Pay Award Processing Fee: N150,000 ($360)
7. Enterprise Innovation and Creativity Award (for organizations only)
Organizations for this award must be at least 5 years old in existence and must have track-record of innovations and creativities that had aided their business in effective change management. Should be able to bring in a minimum of 5 persons to the workshop or Pay Award Processing Fee: N150,000 ($360)
8. CEO of the Year Award (1 Slot)
The CEO in this category must be at 10 years old as a CEO with track-record of transformational leadership and mentoring others or pay Award Processing Fee: N150,000 ($360)
All awardees will be selected based on character, capacity, creativity, and performance.

1. You can nominate yourself
2. You can make multiple nominations too
3. You can only nominate one person or organization per category
4. Either the nominator or the nominee can pay for the award processing
5. Nomination is Free but a fee is paid for the award processing
6. Nomination fee does not make the nominee a Fellow or Member of the Institute; paying for the Workshop and Membership Induction is what qualifies the individuals for Membership and CMC certifications.
