– phase 1 is a 12-week 100% free online class for participation. However, study materials, examination and certification are offered at subsidized rates.  
– phase 2 is a 5-day Professional Development and Membership Induction Workshop with 100% attendance as a requirement for certification.

Note: It is important that participants prepares for both the online and offline phases.
